• Do I need to book?

No, although it is advisable to avoid disappointment. If you turn up on spec we will try and fit you in as soon as possible. However, at busy times this may mean a wait of several hours…

• Do I need to pay a deposit when I book?

Yes. You can pay in person using cash or credit card or send a cheque by post payable to “LASER QUEST STOURBRIDGE LTD”. (Please include your name and date/time of your booking on the reverse of your cheque).  Click here for our address. For EXCLUSIVE bookings we require a £20 non refundable deposit. All other bookings require a £10 non refundable deposit. Deposits must be received within 2 working days of making your booking and will be deducted from the total cost of your booking. 

• How often do you run games?

Games run every 20 minutes, starting on the hour, 20 past and 20 to the hour. Each game session includes 15 minutes play time.

• What is the minimum age and height?

All players must be at least 6 years old. The height and build of young children should also be considered. If in doubt please ask a member of staff.

• Are there any health restrictions on who can play?

Laser Quest is not suitable for anyone wearing a Pace-Maker or similar device. Asthmatics and epileptics can play but should advise a member of staff beforehand.

• Is it suitable for wheelchair users?

Wheelchair users have enjoyed our Laser Quest experience for over 19 years. To make access even easier we’ve moved our Airlock to allow wheel chair access and removed all steps from our arena.

• What should I wear?

Dark, comfortable clothing with flat shoes with a sole that grips. No high heels.
