Job Description: Crew Member
- Purpose of Job:
- As a Crew Member you will be working to ensure our customers have an exciting and enjoyable Laser Quest experience.
- Key Responsibilities
- Efficient management of laser games including initial group briefing, kit up and marshalling games.
- Dealing with customers face to face both on a one-to-one basis and also with large groups.
- Dealing with telephone enquiries and making customer bookings accurately.
- Carry out routine and emergency maintenance of the laser packs.
- General cleaning duties and site maintenance/inspections so as to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.
- Promotional / marketing activities both on and off site.
- Preparation and serving food and drinks at Laser Bites Fast Food Bar.
- Other activities as required by the Company.
- Knowledge and Experience
- Candidates should have GCSE (or equivalent) English and Maths at Grade C or above.
- Successful candidates should be enthusiastic, flexible, willing to cover shifts at short notice, dependable team workers able to deal with a wide cross section of the public in a courteous and appropriate manner.
- Candidates should be outgoing, have a positive demeanour, a high level of alertness, and a willingness to follow instructions.
- Good general health.
- Clean, presentable appearance.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Good general level of education.
- PC literacy advantageous, in particular MS Windows operating system.
- Valid First Aid and Food Hygiene qualifications preferred.
- Laser Quest is a no smoking environment.
