All players participate in Laser Quest subject to the following terms and conditions:
Things you need to do
- Arrive at least 20 minutes prior to your first
game.
- Turn off your mobile phones at all times
during your visit.
- Have one responsible adult to accompany every eight
children under 12 years old.
- Wear flat shoes with a sole that grips.
Health Advice
- Laser Quest is not suitable for anyone wearing a
Pace-Maker or similar device.
- Asthmatics and epileptics must advice a
member of staff prior to their game. Asthmatics are advised to bring
their inhaler.
Game Rules

No running
or walking faster than the speed necessary to stop in the distance that you
can see is clear.

No physical contact, with either other players or the arena scenery.

No climbing, sitting or
lying down.

abusive language
House Rules
- No photography
- No food or drink in the Briefing Room,
Airlock or game Arena.
- No alcohol, no smoking and no chewing gum.
Game Sessions
- Game sessions are 20 minutes and include
kit up time.
- Playing time is approximately 15 minutes but may
vary depending on the time taken to kit up the players.
- Game sessions may be delayed.
- Late arrivals may miss their games, in which
case no refund will be given.
- General public games are open to players of all
ages and abilities.
- Pre-booked games are not secured unless
the appropriate deposit (minimum £10) is received within two
working days of the booking being made.
- All deposits are non-refundable.
Cover charges
- Customers bringing their own food and/or
drink (excluding birthday cakes) will be subject to a cover charge
of £1 per person.
- Lost button cell tags will be charged for at £5
each.
General
- Whilst every effort is made to maintain 28 operational
packs there may be occasions when this is not possible.
- All laser packs use class 2 lasers.
- Scorecards, food and merchandise
are subject to availability.
